All products manufactured by Bayonne are covered against defect in workmanship and material at the time of leaving our factory for a period of one year from date of shipment, provided such defects do not result from abuse, unreasonable usage, or other conditions beyond Bayonne’s control.

Bayonne’s liability shall not exceed the cost of material furnished. Inspect products fully prior to installation. Bayonne’s sole obligations with respect to product shall be to factory repair, correct or replace FOB Factory, at Bayonne’s discretion. Claims for defective or rejected items must be made in writing by the buyer to Bayonne within five (5) days after receipt of shipment.

*Upon factory inspection, if determined to be a covered warranty defect, Bayonne will replace or repair as necessary.

No unauthorized back charges will be accepted.
